• All in home visits.

• Schedule of visits is monthly until 28 weeks, then every 2-3 weeks and then weekly by 36 weeks.

• Labor, birth and immediate postpartum support. 

• Postpartum visits: 24 hours, 48 hours, 2 weeks, 6 weeks.
